In order to increase sports performance and support every move, we developed Aero. An innovative solution that combines the concept of tightness and aerodynamics in one seamless product.

In order to guarantee the tightness of the garments, the silicone is injected directly into fabrics that are particularly suitable for raw cutting, penetrating deeply into them.
The injection of the silicone is applied to the fabric, allowing maximum hold and comfort thanks to the absence of seams.

The selected fabrics resist stretching while mantaining their size and avoiding the rooling effect due to the stretching. The deep penetration of the silicone guarantees the quality of the garment even after numerous washes.

The compression is constant and uniform over the whole muscle; adhering perfectly, the garment support the muscle both in the phases of tension and relaxation.
The solution of continuity and the use of fabrics suitable for live cutting allow not only an increase in performance but also the saving of costs, waste and intermediaries, optimising time and material storage.

In some areas the tightness of the garments is essential, but compression must not hinder movement. The Comfort Grip technology combines a braking function with oxygenation to ensure maximum freedom of movement.

The silicone provides a braking and stabilising function, allowing the garments to hold even during the most concise and dynamic movements typical of sports.

The new chequered silicone distribution ensures correct circulation and oxygenation of the capillary vessels and muscles, preventing constrictions.

The Strong Silicon technology was developed for areas where the tape’s hold must be particularly strong to ensure the correct ergonomics and functionality of the finished garment.

Thanks to the combined action of elasticity and silicone application, the Strong Silicon technology has an ideal seal for knitted and jacket bottoms. Silicone is suitable for contact with both skin and fabric.

The new Open Fiber technology is designed to allow proper breathability. Physical exertion and weather conditions can create perspiration. The compression of the tape can hinder the proper transpiration of the skin causing irritation. The Open Fiber technology consists of an open knot structure, where each pull opening is created in the tape to allow breathability and thermoregulation.

Re-light technology was developed to ensure maximum visibility in low light or dark conditions. Various solutions were designed to meet all requirements:

• Stripe – made up of one continuous reflective strip which, thanks to reflex technology, guarantees excellent visibility
• Decò – made up of split reflex segments that guarantee the stability of the tape without compromising elasticity
• Tigé – the chequered application of the reflex allows excellent visibility in all circumstances

These are just a few of the creations mentioned, as it is possible to customise the product by varying the height of the reflex for example, or by requesting special shapes such as your company logo.
